It mostly started with just lifting weights and I also changed my diet. I cut out soda from my diet altogether and have not missed it since. Also, I cut down on portions and stopped having seconds. My next step is to do a more protein-based diet, but I have to wait until I move out of my parents' house before I do that.
And thank you. I realize I didn't look that bad but I felt awful about myself and looking at that picture I see it in my face. I was getting to the point I couldn't tell the difference between my jaw and my neck. Gross.
